Sheriff Mike Schroeder called the meeting to order.
OLD BUSINESS:
- Hud opened the meeting with the treasury report. We still have the same amount as last month.
- Next Spike talked about setting safety meetings next time we meet. He reminded us that everyone must attend at least one safety meeting each season prior to shooting at our events. No ammo has been purchased yet, but we are ok for now. He also talked about standardizing our black powder use.
- Sheriff Mike announced that Coop & Mary have resigned from COWS. No explaination was given except that they are too busy to play.
- We will be checking with Ken to make sure he schedules only one day at Lanesboro this year. We don't have signed contracts yet, but need to talk to Andy about Waseca
NEW BUSINESS:
- Des and Jody were visiting and had a couple things to talk about.
- Des invited us to a campout and shoot at Mulhill OK the last weekend of June. There is also a competition in October that should be a great event. Anyone wanting more information should get in touch with her.
- Jody talked about the Roundup TV Show. She and Derk are putting together some shows about the reenactors that attend the Roundup. The next filming is on April 19th and she invited the winners of the Roundup Reenactment Competition from last year to come. Since they were COWS members, it would be a good advertisment for the club.
- Gordo is willing to be the Recorder since Mary is not longer a member.
