Sheriff, Rick Stuve convened the meeting.
Jody gave the treasurer's report. Root River, Little Log House, and Lanesboro have been deposited, so the balance as of August 10 is $3,044.76.
Mike wasn't at the meeting, so the members just talked about some of the safety screw ups at the Little Log House show. There wasn't anything very bad, so we all agreed that we did good.
Jody pointed out that we need to make sure that we always make announcements before and after the scenarios so that the public knows what we are doing. There was also a lengthy discussion about mixing things up with the scenarios so that there is alot of action, not just shooting. (note - we did this later at Lanesboro, and it worked out great!)
Rick reported that Root River went really good. They changed the location of the scenarios and that worked out better. They also had an on-going scenario throughout the day, so that it was like telling a story.

Dakota City in Farmington, MN at 6:30pm.
We will be working out what scenarios and
times at this meeting. We hope to get in a
little practice too, so come ready to play ! ! !
